Pathway Resourcing (Est. 1996), the market leaders for IT recruitment have set their sights on global success. Plans over the next 2-3 years will see the organisation expanding from our UK home through Europe and on to America and Asia. We have already started an office in Amsterdam and are looking to use New York and Hong Kong as operational headquarters for the regions. The consultants and new trainees of today will be the managers and pioneers of our international development over the coming years. From day one of joining Pathway you will embark on a 6 month programme designed specifically to take new consultants with no knowledge of the position and give them the skills and practise that will provide a platform from which they can launch a long and lucrative career. Our training sets the industry standards and is continually being developed by the experts in our business to ensure that it meets the needs of our consultants. You will be provided with intensive training in the first few weeks in order to get you up and running and from then on new consultants work on the modules from your CDP (Career Development Programme). Each module is designed specifically at targeting every area of your business and is taught through various methods and different managers – each with their own niche module. Past your initial trainee programme there is a host of other courses that cater for different stages of your career whether it be as a consultant, learning niche areas of the business or as a manager learning how to pass on the knowledge and experience that you have gained. We don’t believe that your development has a finish date.
For this hard work and determination, consultants are expected to earn from £35-40K (OTE) in their 1st yr, £60-80K (OTE) in the 2nd yr and then 100K+ from then on. These are realistic expectations which successful consultants often surpass. As well as the financial aspects we provide a generous incentive scheme that few others can compete with. Holidays to the glam of Monte Carlo, the bright lights of Las Vegas, the white beaches of Barbados and the slopes of the Alpes. Every month we offer lunch targets which when hit will see you take early leave on a Friday and be wined and dined in the most exclusive restaurants in London. In addition we offer a club for the elite in Pathway – Club Red. This entitles you to a coveted Red Phone and Chair, private dry cleaning account, membership in Quintessentially (a private concierge service), and if you are a member for a year, a Rolex watch.
